Are these the real OCR formats?
Yes. The documents follow the schedules to the Companies Act, 2063 that the Office of the Company Registrar publishes on its annex page. Board minutes and the share transfer deed are our own drafts, and they are labelled as such.
Can I just download a document and file it myself?
Yes. The builder is free to use. If you want us to check it and file it on CAMIS, add the service to your order.
What is included in the fixed fee?
Preparing the documents, filing on CAMIS, following up on OCR queries and sending you the result. Government fees, fines, notary and bank charges are paid at actual. All professional fees are plus 13% VAT.
Do you do the statutory audit?
No. Nexus is a business advisory and consulting firm. For audits we coordinate with an independent auditor you appoint.
My company hasn't filed for years. What now?
Run the health check for an estimate, then order the missed filings rescue. We pull the CAMIS record, file each year and settle the fines, or use a waiver route when one is open.
